Institutional Membership enables hospitals, institutes and healthcare centres to support the continuous development of their multidisciplinary oncology teams while strengthening their connection with the ESTRO community.

By joining, your institution gives its professionals access to ESTRO membership benefits at preferential rates, while gaining opportunities for visibility, networking and collaboration.

Each team member receives the ESTRO membership category corresponding to their professional profile, at a preferential volume-based rate.

Institutional Membership provides your centre with:

Progressive discounts of 5% to 25% on ESTRO membership fees, based on the number of registered team members.
Complimentary networking space in the Communities Pavilion during the ESTRO Annual Congress.
Visibility on the ESTRO Institutional Members webpage and in the ESTRO Annual Report.
Free online job postings on the ESTRO website.
Permission to use the ESTRO Institutional Membership logo package.

Institutional membership allows your centre to register a group of Radiation Oncology professionals (minimum 5 members) and benefit from progressive discounts on ESTRO membership fees:

5 members minimum : 5% discount
6-15 members : 10% discount
16-30 members : 15% discount
31-60 members : 20% discount
61+ members : 25% discount

Non-high-incomes countries discounts do not apply to institutional membership fees

Notes:

Discounts apply to the total of individual membership fees, excluding VAT.
Industry representatives are not eligible for inclusion in an Institutional Membership group.
