CERRO 2025

The ESTRO Board has always felt it as one of its priorities to promote the exchange of information between the different professional groups involved in research in the field of radiation oncology. With this in mind, a meeting has been designed, providing an opportunity for oncologists, physicists, biologists, and radiation technologists to present work in progress in a format in which stimulates discussion and collaboration. The previous CERRO meetings have been highly successful as they were built on a framework of short presentations with ample time for discussion, in an inter-disciplinary setting.

Accommodation will be provided in the same venue as the meeting.

The structure of the meeting and the scientific program will be coordinated by C. Bergom , A. Chalmers, and U. van der Heide. On each day of the meeting there will be sessions in the morning and afternoon.  These sessions are comprised of speakers presenting the new clinical and experimental research in radiation oncology. The time in between is dedicated to networking opportunities within the group.

Payments

Registration payments should be done with a credit card. If you would like to pay with bank transfer, please send your request and invoicing details to events@estro.org.

Insurance 

ESTRO does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies.

Cancellation Policy

Registration needs to be completed and paid by 30 September 2024. Unpaid registrations will not be considered as registrations and the place will be given to the next person.

Accommodation – Until 31 October cancellation is possible with a penalty of 50% of the accommodation fee. From 1 November onwards cancellation is possible without any refund.

Activities– Until 30 November changes and cancellation are possible without any penalty. From 1 December changes are possible without any refund, and cancellation is with a 100% penalty fee.
