While individual radiosensitivity is a biological evidence and of societal and ethical interest, its consideration in radiotherapy practise remains unclear, probably because its multiple forms require very specific biomarkers to be assessed. The aim of this session is to present a state-of-art of these questions and to propose some useful recommendations to apply radiosensitivity assays in routine.
