ESTRO is deeply concerned by the recent attacks in Israel. The ESTRO Board firmly condemns any act of violence and aggression, which are contrary to our core belief of community and cooperation.

We express our solidarity with our colleagues, partner societies and all those who are being impacted by the devastating effects of war. Our thoughts are with the individuals who are enduring these distressing circumstances, especially the patients who may face disruptions in their access to essential cancer care. Our hope is for a swift return to peace in all the regions currently enduring conflict, ensuring continued access to medical care and treatment for patients, even in the face of these adverse circumstances.
